Shipping and Delivery
Nafas is based in Cairo, Egypt. We're an online-first brand — all orders are placed through our website and delivered directly to your door.
We currently ship within Egypt only. International shipping (including Saudi Arabia and the Gulf) is coming soon — follow us on Instagram @nafasnasaltape to be the first to know when we launch.
Orders within Egypt are typically delivered in 2–5 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link via SMS or email once your order is shipped.
This is a display limitation in Bosta's tracking system — it may show "1 pack" even if you ordered more. Rest assured, the full quantity you paid for is packed and shipped. If you have any concerns, contact us and we'll confirm your shipment details.

No, Nafas nasal tapes are adhesive-based strips. They do not include or require magnets. Simply peel, stick, and breathe.
No. Nafas doesn't change the shape or size of your nose. It temporarily lifts the soft walls of the nasal passages while worn to improve airflow. Once removed, your nose returns to its natural state immediately.
Nafas uses a flexible, spring-like fabric strip that adheres to the outside of your nose. It gently lifts and opens the nasal passages, instantly increasing airflow — no medication, no side effects. Each strip is for single-day use only.
Product Usage and Suitability
Nafas is a non-medicated external nasal strip — it simply opens the nasal passage mechanically. It contains no drugs or chemicals. However, if you have a heart condition or any medical concern, we recommend consulting your doctor before use.
We don't recommend using Nafas while swimming. Prolonged water submersion weakens the adhesive and can cause the tape to slip off. It's best suited for dry training and sleep.
Absolutely. Nafas tapes are made for active use — running, gym, football, padel, you name it. The adhesive holds firmly even during intense workouts and sweating.
Nafas Kids nasal tapes are designed for children aged 5 and above. For ages 12–13 and up, the regular adult size also works well. Choose whichever fits your child's nose comfortably.

Unfortunately, we don't sell individual tapes at the moment. Each pack contains 30 strips — that's a full month of better breathing. We're confident you'll feel the difference from the very first use.
